Why are we so hyperarticulate about our adversaries and so excruciatingly tongue-tied about our loves?” This is how Rita Felski concludes her “Introduction” to The Limits of Critique (2015). This blog, which I started writing on Christmas 2013 and publishing exactly a year later, represents an attempt to listen rigorously and think critically with one of my “loves,” a great musician friend.
